The Saga of Polarity core forum is free to join. There is nothing to refund for free forum access.
Digital products sold through Saga of Polarity (such as guides, downloads, and written resources) are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, contact us and we will resolve it promptly — including a full refund if the issue cannot be corrected.
Saga of Polarity Club memberships (when available) operate on the following refund terms:
Saga of Polarity Singles memberships (when available) follow the same refund terms as Club memberships above.
Contributions to the Conscious Community Collective are treated as donations toward community-directed projects. Contributions are generally non-refundable once a project vote has concluded and funds have been committed. If a project does not move forward, contributions will be returned or redirected according to member vote.

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds of any kind.
